At PosterMyWall, your satisfaction is our goal. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order please notify us right away.
Contact Customer Support, as we may be able to offer other options. If
you are not satisfied with the content of your order (a problem with an image or text) we
want to work with you to get you the product you want. We can fix the order and remake it. Merchandise with defects due to our workmanship will be reprinted and shipped at no charge.
We reserve the right to issue merchandise credit (rather than a refund) for orders returned more than 60 days after it has been submitted/delivered.
Quality is very important to us, so we may ask you to return samples of defective merchandise for inspection. Shipping charges on the original order will be refunded if the entire order is returned, or if the return is necessary due to our error. We are unable to issue refunds for return shipping charges. Please allow up to 2 weeks once we receive your return for your refund to be processed.
Due to the personalized nature of our products we take extra care that customers are notified of any quality issues. It is the customer’s responsibility to respond to email inquiries from customer support. Failure to respond may result in the order being cancelled or delay shipping to the customer.
